Admins:
1. Monitor site activities being invisible. Try to avoid main chat during invisible mode. Be visible during
2. Try to detect spam activities with the help of IPs.
3. Be unbiased & straight forward.
4. Can make justified changes in the admin panel.

5. When an admin is abused or blamed by user, he/she has their own right to take actions against user and his/her decision never be cross questioned by other admins and even by super admin. After taking action the details of user such as IP, user id, and other necessary details communicated to other admins so that the particular user is recognized. Apologising, excusing and re-entry of the user should be done only by the admin who is the victim of incident.
6. Admin has the power to choose other moderators (in such a way minimum 2 mods are active round the clock except mid night), VIPs, premium and plus members.

Kick- in decent nickname or avatars, posting porn pics,

Blacklisting- direct abuse or mentioning pvt parts, inviting users to other chats, spam, ID robb.

On the whole our chat is a system bounded by set of regulations. So everyone is confined to the boundary of rules. Certain things may go beyond the rules, immediate decision can be taken which will maintain the peace of chat.
